Save the Bay joins us for their popular touch tank nature experience! Kids will learn about a variety of native sea creatures and even get up close and personal with some aquatic friends.

A Visit with Lady Hawk
It’s Nature Story Time with our friends from the RI Audubon Society. Along with the story, we will learn about the red tail hawk and visit with their splendid avian ambassador, Lady Hawk.

Each year we invite the stellar students from the Rhode Island School of Design’s Picture and Word class to share their picture book creations with us. This is a rare chance to see how stories and pictures come together before they arrive on our bookshelves. We might be seeing a future Caldecott winner or two!
