Scott MacKay has been covering Rhode Island since 1984 when he joined the Providence Journal. At the Journal he was a suburban reporter and bureau chief and covered Providence City Hall and the State House. He joined what's now The Public's Radio in 2009, where he is the political analyst. He's a graduate of the University of Vermont and began his career at the Burlington Free Press. He is married to Dr. Staci Fischer, an infectious disease specialist. They live in Bristol.

Jordan Seaberry was born and raised on the southside of Chicago, and first came to Providence to attend Rhode Island School of Design. Alongside his art, he built a career as a grassroots organizer, working as Director of Public Policy at the Nonviolence Institute and helping to pass multiple criminal justice reform milestones, including probation reform, the Unshackling Pregnant Prisoners Bill, and the statewide Community-Police Relationship Act. He now works as Co-Director of the U.S. Department of Arts and Culture, serves on the Providence Board of Canvassers, and is a Community Leader Fellow at Roger Williams University School of Law. He has received fellowships from the Rhode Island Foundation, the Art Matters Foundation, and others.

Lisa Pelosi has 35 years of experience in public affairs and communications working in higher education and government, including 13 years in the U.S. Congress working for former Rhode Island U.S. Senator John Chafee and former Connecticut U.S. Congresswoman Nancy Johnson and over six years as communications director for former Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Almond. Since 2007, she has been a political analyst for many Rhode Island media outlets including NBC10, WPRI 12, and RIPBS’ “The Lively Experiment.”

Dr. Pablo Rodriguez is Associate Professor Emeritus of OBGYN at Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. He is the former Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of RI and is a former Chair of the Rhode Island Foundation, International Institute of RI and Rhode Island Project AIDS. He co-founded the RI Latino Political Action Committee and Latino Public Radio, where he hosted a daily radio show in Spanish, for which he was awarded the Metcalf Media Award. He currently hosts a webcast called Nuestra Salud, and a news analysis show, Cirugia Politica, both on RhodeInforma.com.
