To celebrate the arrival of our new Louisa May Alcott bust at the library, we are revisiting her timeless story, Little Women. This intergenerational reading group will bring together children and their grown-up companions to read, think about, and discuss Alcott’s most famous work over two months. Guided discussion will be oriented toward the group’s younger members and focus on personal and creative engagement with the story. All meetings will take place over Zoom.

Reading Schedule (attendees should commit to both dates)
Sunday, October 4th 2-3:30pm We will discuss Part 1 of Little Women (Ch 1-23)
Sunday, November 1st 2-3:30pm We will discuss Part 2 of Little Women (remaining chapters)

The book group will be led by staff member Juli Anna Herndon and former staff member Amanda Knox.
