The Athenæum’s Burns Night returns! Please join us for a night of merriment, featuring Scottish folk music from Cathy Clasper-Torch and Dan Lanier, poetry readings from Thomas McDonald Oakes and Frances Martindale, and a Scotch tasting by Campus Fine Wines. We will be exhibiting items from the library’s Robert Burns collection, as well as a never-before-exhibited copy of the Complete Works of Robert Burns owned and annotated by Walt Whitman, generously loaned to the library by Susan Jaffe Tane.

Festive Scottish attire (tartan/kilts) is strongly encouraged!
