The Mile of History Association and the Providence Athenæum proudly present dramatic readings from Margaret Bingham Stillwell’s 1943 While Benefit Street was Young by master storyteller Robb Dimmick.

Robb Dimmick is an actor, director, teacher, and storyteller. He is program director and co-founder of Stages of Freedom, a non-profit organization that promotes African-American history, teaches swimming to children of color, and mentors and provides cultural opportunities to inner-city youth.
