Dan Barry

Fri, Mar 1, 2019 @ 5 pm7 pm

Called “the closest thing we have to a contemporary Steinbeck” by Colum McCann, award-winning journalist Dan Barry – formerly of the Providence Journal and now with The New York Times – has crisscrossed the nation in pursuit of stories large and small. Whether he is recreating baseball’s longest game (played at McCoy Stadium!), covering the aftermath of 9/11, or interviewing the coroner from The Wizard of Oz, his work explores and celebrates our shared experience. Book signing to follow.
