Erin Perfect

Erin was born in Pennsylvania and educated in New York City. As a connoisseur of odd jobs, she has worked as a photographer, chocolate maker, bicycle tour guide, and botanical library assistant, all of which in one way or another supported her love of food. She loves cheese (perhaps above all else).
